It's easy to fall into a rut and a routine, however I body's aren't really designed and our minds aren't always best suited for the same thing day in and day out. We as human beings seek adventure, challenges and fun.
So why can't you experience all those things and get a workout in too?
Fitness isn't just about going to the gym and lifting weights or "doing cardio" it's about really getting out there and exploring all that the world has to offer. Some of my best workouts have been with friends as we climb mountains, kayak across lakes, roller skate around the park and more. It's definitely a great way to change the pace, add a bit of variety and spice while getting up off your ass. You might even be sore afterwards.
Do yourself a favor, get outside and go have an adventure!
